After you press Download

The download saves an installer file. It does not start by itself — you open it. Addy AiA is new, so your browser may warn that the file “isn’t commonly downloaded.” The installer is signed by ADDY AiA LLC. Six steps:

Open your downloads. Press Ctrl + J, or click the ↓ arrow at the top right of the browser.
Open AddyAiA-Setup.exe. Click the file, or Open file under it. If the browser blocked it: in Chrome, click the file, then Download suspicious file; in Edge, click ··· → Keep, then Keep anyway. Then open it.
If a blue “Windows protected your PC” box appears, click More info, then Run anyway. The publisher reads ADDY AiA LLC.
Finish the installer. Click Next, Install, then Finish. Addy AiA opens.
Sign in with the same email. It emails you a code.
Press ▶ Start a market and drop your MLS sold-property export (CSV).

Download failed? Check that the computer has at least 500 MB of free disk space, then press Download again.
